[power-pro] Scheduling keytrap during startup does not start keytrap

I somehow cannot make keytrap plugin start properly. I added to
"schedule" as startup. It should normally start. However it does not.
If I invoke keytrap.enable(1) manually or through shortcuts it starts
fine. 
I am using  KeyTrap.Enable(1)


Any ideas?
