If I made the new stil32jp.dll the default, then the jpeg wallpaper feature would not work for win98 (or 2000, I think) unless gdi+ was downloaded. So it breaks backward compatibility. BTW, why wouldn't I use your 8K version compiled with vc2006? If I ever create a new package, I might include it renamed and give instructions on how to use for people that have or install gdi+.
