[power-pro] Sizing Options

Hi everyone,

When set to 'Top Edge Full Screen', PowerPro will cut a couple of
pixels off the bottom of the bar (it is noticeable with high-res
icons). However, when set to 'Top Edge Current Size', PowerPro adds a
couple of pixels to the bottom of the bar, ensuring the icons aren't a
bit cut off. Why is this?
