Hi Bruce,

I've never had nay luck with the manual sizing option - I enable the
drag 3d sizing, I then drag the bar to make it bigger, but the moment
I click Ok (or Apply), the bar resizes itself back to what it was
before I dragged it. It does this every single time I try to manually
size a bar - in the few years I've been using PowerPro (over however
many number of versions), that has always happened, it has never
worked.
