It looks to me like the output is OK at OUT1 but screwed up at OUT2. Is that what it looks like to you? OUT2 is after some extra code I added to do one last check that that the last byte before the ending 0 is not a dbcs but is seems to be making it worse. BTW, I assume it is not possible to have two dbcs lead bytes in a row. Is that correct?
