I don't have access to windows 7 and cannot test. There are many people in this group using the program on Vista or Windows 7. Possibly they can help. There are also other programs that must run as administrator id and run at startup and various articles on the web seem to imply that there are ways to run them at startup on win 7 . PowerPro will always require admin rights to run.
