Try unchecking the option "Disable bump when full screen app is running" for 
Key/Mouse setup.

Use the latest version of Powerpro.

For installation you should follow the instructions for installing on Vista. Be 
an admin user. (You must be an admin user during installation and when context 
menu support is enabled, and may need to be an admin user for various features 
like sending input to other apps). Do not turn on XP Compatibility. Powerpro's 
properties and shortcuts (including any shortcut in the startup group) need to 
have the option Run As Administrator checked.
