Not sure if this helps or not, but I have PP running on Win7x64 with 
scheduled task going off like they're supposed to. However, I don't run 
it as admin and because of that I lack stuff like tasktray integration 
(which I don't use anyway). My PPro directory is off on drive E: so it 
doesn't suffer the write access problems that things do in ~/Program 
Files and is a big contributor to not needing to be run as Admin, I 
think. PPro is run from Startup just like any other auto-run app.
