if you still have time to test, I had one more idea of something that might help.
After backing up your current ppro.dll and powerpro.exe, can you download http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/ppro.dll http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/powerpro.exe and copy to your powerpro folder. You may have to shutdown all open applications and wait a few seconds in order to copy over the ppro.dll. Does this make any difference to autorun checking with PowerPro on 64 bit apps?
