if you still have time to test, I had one more idea of something that might 
help.

After backing up your current ppro.dll and powerpro.exe, can you download

http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/ppro.dll
http://powerpro.webeddie.com/download/powerpro.exe

and copy to your powerpro folder.  You may have to shutdown all open 
applications and wait a few seconds in order to copy over the ppro.dll.

Does this make any difference to autorun checking with PowerPro on 64 bit apps?

If it does not, can you execute the command
exec.debug
and let me know if you get any debugging output?
