The new files haven't made the Open list x64 sensitive, so I ran the 
exec.debug; I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from the debug, and didn't 
initially notice any output, until after I had run some 32-bit stuff. Now I've 
run several x32 and x64 apps, and the debug output seems to be pretty 
conclusively only showing the x32 app launches. The debug looks like this, 
though I have more lines showing additional x32 app launches. In the same time 
frame the debug logged these messages, I also launched x64 Internet Explorer, 
x64 Notepad several times and x64 WinRAR.
