Got it working with hrt10. However with and without HPET enabled (as I forgot to actually enable the stupid thing when I went up to .22.rc4 trying to echo 0 to the nmi_watchdog I get a crash in the shell (or in this case, powertop) On the bright side, the HPET actually saved over 1W and 100 interrupts/second! Or maybe that was the radeon interrupt going, thinking about it.
I tried with -hrt10 patches too, but though it claims to reduce power consumption by a watt, the wake-ups went through the roof - 800/s -- Amit Kucheria, Linux developer _______________________________________________ Power mailing list [email protected] http://www.bughost.org/mailman/listinfo/power
