I won't get there. ACPI alone is responsible for 5 wakeups on battery, 3.4 on_ac and 0.4 without battery. I can see the battery usage estimates going up a bit for a while after suspending -- fine, it takes power to fire the system up. probably one device or the other gets a wakeup-call even though it slept before. Anyway, after a couple minutes I get roughly the same estimates. And "roughly" has to be taken literally here. There may or may not be a .2 Watts extra, i cannot tell.
