Are there desktop boards/chipsets that are particularly
power-management-friendly? I'm looking for something with more
ooomph than the current Via mini-itx board, which is wonderfully
power-friendly (but just not fast enough), and I'm trying to keep idle
power for CPU + chipset + memory under ~30W. (My application involves
periodic short bursts of 100% cpu in a small enclosed space, and anything
averaging over about 45W is going to cook itself.)
