Well, I think documentation is important also. Personally I like to understand 
what the tunable is/does. And may google some info on it.

I think currently the tunables section is not very informative. The bare 
minimum 
should be to display how to set the tunable option manually.
Like echo 1> /bla/bla/bla/device/bla/something

Next step could be to display some more info/help about the tunable.
