The supplied heat sink is designed for 33/66 MHz, maximum.
The 5xx series is cooled by conduction, by a heatsink of limited size, which
cannot be extended due to the constraints of the card cage.
"Chipping" beyond the design limit doesn't make much sense unless you can get
the extra heat out.
