While not disagreeing with the intent of your post, it should be noted
that it isn't necessarily that simple using other email apps. In my unix
app PINE, for instance, highlighting doesn't do what it does in Entourage.
My only solution is to manually delete stuff line by line and hope I don't
accidentally delete something I wished to include; if so, I then must
start the process all over again.
