I had EXACTLY he same problem and advice from Sonnet - it was a complete waste of time. Cut to the chase buddy and just return it. They'll send you an RMA number for return. Look on the bright side - you could be in the UK and have to pay two lots of customs import duty. I too was shocked by Sonnet's aftercare...
