Thank you all for the replies. It had helped a lot. I found a External Apple
scsi CD-rom on Ebay for $28.00 so I'm set. Or I can hook it to my Mac
7200/75 desktop.

Others have pointed out using an external scsi CD ROM player with an
adapter.
That's what I did with my 5300cs - except the CD player is in my Mac
IIvx that was just gathering dust.
It's a somewhat bulky setup, but it works just fine, and adds another
available hard drive as well.
Any Mac with a scsi connection and a CD player should work.
