Yes, and make sure you set up in the "Appletalk" control panel for the Modem/Printer 
port on the 5300 and Printer port on the desktop. Then turn on "File Sharing" in the 
File Sharing control panel. Open up the "Chooser" on your Powerbook. Double-click 
"AppleShare" and you should see your desktop listed (under whatever name you gave it 
in File Sharing). Then click on your desktop listed and you will receive a prompt to 
input a user name and password. Supply these and then you should see your desktops HDD 
and if you've put a CD in your desktops CD-ROM this will be listed also. Then mount 
which ever you need and go from there. Hope this helps.
