Since you are new to the Mac universe, here are a few mouse hints.
Disclaimer: I really do not like two-button mice myself, as I teach both Mac
and PC beginner courses and the people are always accidentally
right-clicking and pulling up those confusing (to beginners) shortcut menus.

To get right-click functionality on any Mac Platform programs that support
that(usually Microsoft) you simply hold the control key down as you click.
Also, in a browser if you hold the mouse button down, and keep it down on
something, the shortcut menu pops up.
