Hi Folks, New to this list and to this 1400 in disarray.
I got it with the original 7.5.3 install CD in the drive and even though I select the main HD of the two icons in the Startup Disk control panel it will only boot up from the CD and so won't eject the CD. Perhaps the original System folder is deficient due to the install mistakes of the previous owner? Perhaps I should attempt a clean re-install while the CD insists on staying put? Any ideas?
