Take a look at whats on the CD... If it's restore
software, there should be an image file on there that
would put everything on your 3400 as it installed on
the iMac.  There is likely to be an OS 9.0 install as
well without the image.

There might be some additional stuff you need to do
afterwards, though.  The 3400 shared NIC/Modem port
will require you to install an additional extension to
what will be installed with OS 9 if you are going to
use those...
