Use Disk Copy, make images of the floppies, burn images to a CD.

Insert CD into the TiBook, double-click on the first floppy image and
double-click on install. On a Ti, you could easily mount all 17 floppies
at once for a nearly interrupt-less installation.

This worked with MS Office, back when version 4 came on 34 or so floppies.

You *really* want to do that anyway, since floppies die easily.
