Seeing as it's looking like I may need a new hard disk - despite everyone's fabulous efforts, thank you all so much - I was wondering if anyone had any experience with converting the IDE interfaces on ATA 2.5" drives to SCSI. I read somewhere that it's a pretty common upgrade in Japan for PB2400 users, but a search through Google hasn't revealved any more information.... like how to do it!
