I started with Google, and I believe it eventually got me to a Lapis archive. The MV 1.0.4 Installer application is only 252 KB and the MV-EN 5000 Updater v2.0 Beta application is only 180 KB. I installed 1.0.2 from the floppy which came with the product. I then installed 1.0.4 from the downloaded archive. Finally, I installed 2.0 Beta from the downloaded archive.
