30 second job.

Turn the machine off, remove the battery.

Slide the grill to the left and remove

Flip the keyboard forward, carefully so as not to pull the cable out.

Unscrew the 2 screws retaining the HD sled.

Left and pull gently to the right, pulling the cable out from under the left
edge of the PB.

Remove cable from HD and pull HD off with sled.

Swap your HDs.

Replace in reverse taking care to push the HD cable back into the LH side of
the Powerbook.

The Apple Service manual will probably give more info but it really is that
easy.

Just a processor swap, would need new mobo if going to a 166.  Would add
cache and is about 30% faster.
