No problems.  The Kanga logic board comes with 32-mb RAM instead of 16-mb on
the original 3400c board, thus allowing a maximum RAM of 160-mb.  If I
understand your last question, the single slot will accept a RAM module
ranging from 16-mb to 128-mb.
