The previous lister EXCLUDED the 150 from the 14mb RAM max...

THe 150 is the only 1xx PB that used Duo memory, therefore it is the only one 
that exceeded 14mb RAM as its max, and only the 160, 165/c and the 180/c 
could even reach that.

No, some guy on Ebay is selling a 165 which he claims has 36mb of RAM, which 
is not possible unless he used the RAM from some other Powerbook (maybe the 
190, I was thinking..)
