I'll also put in a recommendation for Fusion, which is free as well and
works very well for DOS-based PCs (I prefer my PCs to run DOS, not Windows).
My 486DX4/133 runs roughly at the speed of a 13MHz '030, although with Fast
Math enabled it is obscenely fast on floating point (see

for my numbers). Note that both require you to have a real Mac to dump the
ROM from, but this is trivial to do (took me all of five seconds on my IIci).

Supposedly, there will be a PPC emulator from these guys (who also made
Fusion), but it unfortunately will be a commercial product. They also have
PC Atari emulators there as well, which look pretty fun.
