Heather I have had problems as well, but have succeeded in getting it all to work...what version GV software are you running?...3.06 update is the latest...did you install from the original version 3.0 on up to 3.06... After having a lot of trouble, I went to the GV site and downloaded all the software available for the GV K56 and installed them one by one, as well as doing the firmware updates...I have had success using my combo card ever since....
