I've been tempted occasionally by the video-out cards for the 1400; but I have 2x24 RAM modules installed so I can't use the 16 bit Newer video output card, only the Apple 8-bit. 8-bit doesn't excite me that much...
I've been looking at ebay for the 48 meg modules for a while but they go for a lot of money. I did notice that OWC (www.macsales.com) has 32 meg modules for $65, equal or cheaper than most ebay auctions go for. And RamJet has the 48 meg single module new for $129; cheaper than often seen on ebay. Anyone seen a better price on the 48 meg single modules? DMS has a 48 meg "kit" but I suspect that's 2x24.
