i have kind of the same problem with a week spring of the tpadbutton wich iss stupidle made of plastik , i solved the problem with underfeeding the button with a bit off a dishcleaningsponge :)) i can also say that i experienced the same thing with the padcleaning but after i cleant it without any fat or oily cleaner it workd just normaly .
