That's what I thought, but I wasn't sure if the old WaveLAn drivers 
would run the Orinco cards so I didn't want to give bad advice. As you 
know, the old Lucent WaveLAN drivers are the only that list support for 
the older machines such as our 5300cs and for OSes below OS 8.6.

We use ancient educational apps and games for our daughter on the 
5300cs and many of them won't run on higher OSes or cause problems if 
we do. Yes, I agree MacTCP is not very elegant, but we've have no 
problems at all once we got it configured.
