Ok, if I don't ask some stupid questions, I will never elevate myself out
of the slime (or maybe I just need a shower). What is the difference
between a DNS and an IP address. OTTool is reporting very slightly
different numbers. I have been entering what it calls my IP address (what I
connect to) into the Name Server Addr. field. Is this why my PowerBooks
won't leave the stable? If so, why do my Mac Plus and G3 connect like crazy
when I do the same thing?
