Oddly enough, the 5300 was running Speed Doubler 8 in the 8.5.1 test, and is still so much slower. It may have affected the 8.1 test. Gaaaaaw, I don't want to do that again. Just as a BTW, I've a copy of SpeedDoubler 2 that I'm running on a IIci, with 7.5.5. It's only 156K--I could send it attached, or upload it to my website as a self-extracting archive.
