Good to hear about the warranty, Aly - As mentioned, I'm new to Powerbooks also; veyeran colleagues are consistent in mentioning the power manager reset button (on the back of the unit), if that helps you at all. Worst comes to worst, surely eBatts would offer you even some nominal tech support or advice on using their product? Best regards, Dana
