3400s mostly go over $200, but with so much stuff missing from this one it

Li-ion batteries *cannot* be reconditioned, for tech reasons I don't
understand and don't want to try to understand, but everybody says it's so.
See my other post for a recommendation on reconditioning (actually it's more
like rebuilding) the nickel kind.
