Hmm. Well, I don't know about booting from an internal Zip. The one in my Wallstreet needs the Iomega driver to mount, so I don't know how one would boot from it since the driver loads during boot.
Can't you leave a zip disk with both the iomega driver and system/finder on it, declare it the startup disk and reboot?
