Word should allow you to do a "save as" and you should be able to pick
some format that would have "MS works" or something like that in the
title.  If you save the file to a dos formatted floppy disk, the dos
computer should be able to read it.  I just transferred files from
Wordstar to MS Word recognizable files using Claris Works 4.0 for
someone.  As a last resort, send me the file (off list) as an attachment,
and I'll send it back to you reformatted for MS Works or MS Word.

We Mac users can reformat easily using old programs items that DOS
machines cannot even contemplate!
