Well, that's not surprising... The line was updated for 802.11b (like I said). 802.11b is DSSS, 802.11 could be FHSS or DSSS. The Skyline's _heritage_ is that of FHSS 802.11 - the original 1- and 2-Mbps cards were plain vanilla 802.11 FHSS...Interesting. The manual-on-disk that came with my Skyline card said it is a DSSS card with 802.11b--the latter is even printed on the card itself.
