Nice site!
Check out Marc Schrier's over clocking page. You can extrapolate from the info there to overclock your 3400c/240.

Also, if you wanted to go just a step farther, that ORiNOCO card can run using Apple's AirPort drivers. It's an easy enough thing to do to get AirPort running on a 3400c. I know that Rob Frohne's website shows how to install AirPort 1.2 on the 3400, but AFAIK, no one has yet written up how to install AirPort 1.3 on the 3400. (That might be explained by the fact that the install process is almost exactly the same, so not much is gained by detailing the 1.3 install separately - except the ability to run ClassicStumber, mind you. CS won't work with AirPort 1.2... You need the AirPort Scripting scripting addition, which doesn't come in 1.2 but does in 1.3)
Anyway, I've got a patched AirPort installer around here somewhere that is 1/2-way to recognizing the 3400 as a valid machine for AirPort. I'll finish it this weekend, I think... ;-)
Peace, Drew --
