Lily: I have found that as well as sending an unsubscribe message to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I have to do one more thing.
When the reply comes asking you to confirm, DO NOT hit the reply button. Instead, copy and paste the reply address into TO line. In the subject line make sure you quote the number they send you and then send. I don't understand why but this stops your email bouncing.
