Regarding the person who asked to be unsubscribed so rudely, one list member wrote:

I have removed the offending list member. I am aware that there are sometimes difficulties with the unsubscription process. I suggest that anyone who is interested in getting help with list processes of any kind save this email and write to me directly if need be. It sure beats writing to the whole list, which is of course full of hundreds of innocent people who can often do little to assist (although the "Unsubscribe Kit" reply definitely wins an award of some kind.)
