I want to hang a Lucent wireless card on and use it with the airport card in my iMac to get access to my main LAN. Can this be done easily?

It should be fairly simple. You ought to be able to set up the iMac as a software base station and then connect wirelessly from the 3400c to the iMac. The iMac should then route all requests to the larger wired network and any other upstream networks. I've never actually _done_ it, but it should be simple enough, knowing Apple's ability to design easy-to-use software.

I didn't think S/W BS was available for OS X....

Maybe I'm wrong?
