With all the talk about wireless on a 1400, I thought I might give it a
try. I installed the latest version of Orinoco drivers (from the
VersionTracker site) and inserted the Orioco/Lucent Gold card used in a
Wallstreet.

The card is recognized, shows signal strength, sees the Airport.

However, I cannot get the thing to access the network, nor can other
machines on the network see the 1400.

I expect that I am confused somewhere by the differences between the
Apple Airport software (used on the Wallstreet and on a Blueberry iBook)
and the Orinoco software.

Can anyone give me a hint?

Ken
