Adam,

I have 3 complete machines plus a logic board with similar symptoms, in one case I was able to resurrect a machine by replacing the power supply module, but in the 4 other cases the problem lay with the logic board and probably on of 2 chips, the PMU chip, which is a low power 68000 series chip and is labeled, and the O'hare IO, and disc controller which feeds the PMU chip. Currently the only source for logic board components I know of is salvaged boards, by the power supply module ought be available on the LEM list.

Roger

Roger, were you ever able to ressurect a machine by a PMU replacement ? I have 3 3500 boards that wont boot, and I really suspect something in power management.
