You don't suppose this would work with my my Dad's 1400 G3?
Not that he really needs USB but that didn't stop me putting wireless on his computer....
It works on the 2400/3400/Kanga because those machines have a 32-bit PCMCIA controller which supports the CardBus protocol. For whatever reason, Apple just chose not to utilize the capability, forcing us end-users to correct their oversight and activate it.
The 1400 uses a 16-bit PCMCIA controller that is not capable of CardBus at all.
