Hey Everyone,
I have a question that is OT.
What do you guys suggest for making a purchase from someone you don't know? They don't have paypal, but their "buying" on Ebay gives them a 100% feedback. The cost is about $45 for what I am buying from them. Are money order safer than checks? Or is there something else?

How many selling? Those he bought from may exaggerate. Those he sold to would be less inclined.
A money order from USPS may have some protection. Since it's Federal. Haven't kept up on it.
I have been burned twice on ebay. by sellers. out of about 75.
Never burned on the swap list. out of about 2 dozen maybe.
