No, it's not impossible. There was software called PlusMaker, back when HFS+
was new. You might be able to track down a copy. I'd still advise you to
back everything up before letting a utility like that loose on your precious
data, though.

Why do you want to convert that drive to HFS+? You won't see any benefit
with a drive that small.
