You could have just quoted it, I'm not in USA, so not familiar with those
sites.

You stated that before, I just wondered who it was illegal to and why ?

Only if you claim I'd have thought.

And if you under declared, then you'd be under insured, so claiming less
than the value of the item, can't see an insurance firm being worried about
that..

I was looking for some information out of interest not a series of
unsupported statements.
